Dr. Caitlin Casella is a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach who specializes in robust fitness throughout the lifespan. Her clinic in New York City teaches women in middle age and older adults with osteoarthritis and osteopenia/osteoporosis how to increase bone density, decrease fall risk, manage pain, and improve strength, power, cardiorespiratory fitness, and metabolic health. A life-long mover, and yoga teacher for 15 years before venturing over to the clinical side, Dr. Casella embraces embodied movement in all forms. Sangeeta Vallabhan has been teaching yoga for over fifteen years in New York and around the world. She enjoys training new teachers, which she's been doing since 2009. Sangeeta currently teaches classes and trainings at Yogavida NYC. Her trauma informed yoga training, solemarch, was presented at Yogavida in July and will run again at The Yoga Loft in Bethlehem, PA in November.
